EXCHANGE POLICY

In the rare eventuality you wish to exchange a product, please read our below policies – 

We Don’t Accept Exchange for any reasons unless below metioned conditions arised

  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us at [email protected] witha photo of the damaged product with the Tags within 24 hours of receiving your order or whatsapp on +917975518290 (we request you to record a video while opening the parcel as soon as you get it, to claim damages if any) 
  • To be eligible for a Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition (with the foldings and tags intact) that you received it. It must also be in their original packaging.
  • Exchange can be done only ONCE. 
  • Acceptance of Exchange is restricted to scenarios such as in the event of a defect in the product.
  • To initiate an exchange, please write to us at [email protected] or whatsapp on +917975518290 , with complete information – Order Details, the reason behind your intention to Exchange the product .This should be done within 1 days from the date of receiving the products for us to assess, validate and accept or decline a return.
  • As soon as we receive the product we will issue a store credit in the form of a Gift Voucher – which will be sent to your registered Email ID or your contact number (via sms). This Gift voucher will contain a coupon code which can be applied during the Checkout/Cart page to adjust with the previously purchased products amount.
  • Complete and clear uncut package unboxing video of product is must for submitting exchange request in case of any damages found in product received , and also customer should make sure mentioned damages should be visible in respective unboxing video of product.
  • NOTE – This Gift Card Code is valid only for 1 Months – post which the code will expire and voided. If you have any queries please reach out to us at  +917975518290
  • Kantisarees reserves the right to refuse a return / exchange if found not valid, in which case the relevant reasoning will be provided to you via Email, whatsapp or via a phone call.
  • Exchange Saree shipping – Once we confirm the acceptance of Exchange , kindly ship the product back to the following address “Kantisarees, No:91 – c/o Siddeshwara silks and Sarees, Murigeppa Building, PB main road,Doddabathi,Davangere – 577566

  •  We will dispatch the exchange product after we receive and accept the original product.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Please note: 

  • Kantisarees cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree after purchase due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear. 
  • If you have requested falls and peco, and/or saree tassling/ blouse detachment services to your purchased sari, Exchanges are not permitted. 
  • All products bought at SALE/DEAL PRICE are not eligible for Exchange.

For any Paid Order cancellations done by the customer, a “10% PAYMENT GTEWAY AND CANCELLATIONS CHARGES” charge will be levied and has to be borne by the customer.

Dispute Resolution:

In case of any dispute regarding any cancellation, or return under this Policy, the Customer can contact Kantisarees at [email protected]. However, the decision of Kantisarees in such cases shall be final and binding. This Policy shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India (Indian IT ACT 2002). The Customer hereby consents subjected to Davangere jurisdiction of Karnataka, India.
